Owned and operated by Michael Dause, TreeTone Studios opened its doors in late 2021. Dause has had his head in speakers from a young age, recording some of his first albums while in high school. After Moving to Grand Rapids in 2020, TreeTone Studios was born out of a drive to create an environment that could accommodate not only his own recording projects, but those of his friends and fellow musicians in the greater West Michigan area. 

Dause is a multi-instrumentalist who has been a part of many different musical projects over the years, including The Accidentals, Moss Manor, and Shantyland.
